Debbie Morris
Debbie’s life-long passion has been to help organizations make the most of change through the power of collaborative problem-solving.
Debbie has been trained by leaders in the field of organization development – the science of large-scale change -- including David Cooperrider, Edie and Charlie Seashore, and David Strauss, one of the inventors of collaborative problem-solving in groups.
She earned an MS in Community Psychology at NC State University, and continues to study and practice a variety of fascinations, from change methodologies, collaboration and holistic health to knitting, sourdough bread baking, and kayaking.
